The KES Student Council is bringing the Kona Ice truck to the home football game this Friday! 🏈 We hope to see you there!
It was a great first week at KES! To wrap up the first week for her students, Ms. Kolacz hosted her annual “Book Tasting” for each of her 5th and 6th grade classes. During the event, students had the opportunity to rotate through several tables and get a “taste” for several different reading genres. Thank you, Ms. Kolacz, for offering this exciting opportunity to your students and fostering a love for reading at KES!
Good Evening KHS Families!
Thank you for helping to make the first week of school a success! Transitioning from summer break, jobs, etc. into a full school day can take some adjusting - your students have done a wonderful job.
Your child should have brought home a paper explaining how to sign up to receive progress reports through Skyward.
Communication: I encourage you to reach out to classroom teachers as soon as you have any questions or concerns regarding your child. You can find each teacher’s email address on our school website. www.kingstonk12.org
Attendance Calls/Emails: If your child will be absent, we ask that you reach out to Mrs. Bundschuh tbhundschuh@kingstonk12.org or call the office at 989-683-2550.
I hope you are having a great Labor Day weekend. I have enjoyed the first week of school and look forward to the 24-25 school year!
Mrs. Coleman

Ice cold lemonade! These cute little Cardinals have hosted several lemonade stands throughout the summer. What did they choose to do with the money? Donate it to their school, of course! The funds will be used to purchase back-to-school materials from the wish lists of our early childhood classrooms at KES. We’d like to give a special thanks to these little Cardinals for their generosity, to Madisyn Pennington and her helpers for organizing the lemonade stands, as well as the Proctor family for hosting them. It is greatly appreciated!
We know that KHS students are eager to see their schedules for the upcoming school year. We are finalizing a few things and plan to have the schedules ready soon. We will be sure to make an announcement as soon as they are ready to view on Skyward. Thank you for your patience!
