Happy World Snowman Day! Every January 18th is World Snowman Day…why? The number 18 was chosen to honor this winter symbol, as his shape resembles an eight, and the number one represents his stick. Kingston's mentoring group has officially been renamed to "Guided Growth!" During yesterday's group, we worked together to make crafts out of paper. They all had so much fun!

The Kingston RC Club kicks off 2023 with their first meeting on Wednesday, January 4th 3-5 pm. The club is accepting new members! You don’t need an RC vehicle to join!
The Robotics Team and RC Club are taking the time over break to make both sides of our room more efficient and organized. We can’t wait for competition season to begin!
Just a reminder, on Tuesday December 20th there will be a half day and this will start our Christmas Break. Staff and students will return from break on January 3, 2023.

The KES Wish Tree is looking for donors who want to gift a classroom with a special gift this season. This tree is set up at the Elementary School and full of wishes from teachers K-6. In honor of National Gingerbread House Day, students in grades K-6 worked to design their own gingerbread houses using different media. So many awesome designs!

KES Student Council Food Drive- Thank you to everyone who participated in the food drive last week. Over 1400 non-perishable items were brought in as well as $265 donated to purchase items for holiday meals. It's great to be a Cardinal!!
